Detox Yoga starts back on 17-Feb

Great way to get healthier, stronger 

and feel better in 2014!



This ongoing course can increase your concentration, mood, energy levels and well being. You may gain greater body awareness through breathing practices, flowing sequences, strengthening and twisting postures. You may develop flexibility, strength and balance.

This 1h 15min class focuses on relaxation and meditation and can improve your breathing and sleeping pattern (which has a very positive effect on the immune system). 


Come along we would be delighted to welcome you with detox tea in a relaxed atmosphere. Places are limited therefore avail of a 4 or 8 week pass or just drop in.
